'The venue for the course was superb as was the accommodation. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, - a very different kind of hotel compared to most I have booked into.
I would fully recommend to others to try it out as I enjoyed my experience there, in fact I already have done.
The Train the Trainer course was out of this world. Eddie was as usual magic in his positive approach to delivering, coaching and mentoring us to go out into the big bad world and sing the song. A very relaxed style of learning, - all practical work as opposed to reading materials, I cannot fault it in any way.
I hope this is useful feedback for you.
I would also like to thank all of you in the office for your efforts in making the course a success for me and being very helpful in making sure our induction events were successful, if I am ever down in Chester I will obviously let you all buy me a drink……!
