This course is delivered over two one-day sessions, eight weeks between each event.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

To help and encourage leaders to take an active role with health and safety by demonstrating leadership visibility.

The course focuses on defining and influencing the corporate culture by developing:

• Skills in communication;

• A pro-active role in safety promotion;

• Positive engagement with site operatives;

• Taking an active role in the promotion of safe working practices;

• Focusing on the working environment;
