Safety Coaching

Accreditation through the International Safety Coach Association

MindSafety Phase 3 -  ISCA Safety Coach Training
Trained safety coaches provide the structure within the organisation to manage and sustain the culture change process.

Safety coaches are empowered with the skills to repeat the key messages within the workplace, and to motivate through positive reinforcement.

ISCA SAFETY COACHES

Selected personnel are invited to become specialist ISCA Safety Coaches, following a selection process conducted by managers and supervisors.

ISCA stands for ‘International Safety Coach Association’, which sets an unprecedented standard of skilled coaches within the workplace.

ISCA Coaches run campaigns, measure change, and engage with safety personnel.

The selection process for potential coaches is aided by the MindSafety Safety Coach Selection Tool, which defines the qualities a would-be ISCA Safety Coach should have.

The number of coaches required varies depending on the type of work, location(s), and team sizes.

All would-be safety coaches should have first experienced the Phase 1 seminar.

The course covers:

  • MindSafety implementation
